A short-length MA-1 jacket with Yuzen fabric used for the sleeves. The MA-1 originally came from a military jacket, but has since become a popular design in modern times. This time, we have taken the original design and made it a single length, combining a trendy feel with a Japanese style.

Yuzen fabric (100% silk) used
The left sleeve is made using 100% Kyoto Yuzen silk fabric, so it may discolor or fade if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Please avoid washing the sleeves with water if possible. If you absolutely must hand wash them, use lukewarm water with a moderate amount of mild detergent.
(Silk is a natural protein, and chlorine bleach will damage the fabric, so avoid using fabric softeners or bleach and wash with a silk-specific/neutral detergent.)

This product is not made from recycled kimonos, but from Kyoto Yuzen cloth used to make new kimonos.
